STATE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Each state's direct shipping law is unique in the amount of alcohol legally allowed to be delivered to its residents. As a result, the Crimson Wine Boutique is not able to ship wine to every state, even in limited amounts.

The Crimson Wine Boutique can only ship to the following states, in the following amounts:

AK: Unlimited to non-dry zip codes
AZ: Unlimited to non-dry zip codes. Orders require special delivery and may take 3-4 weeks to arrive.
CA: Unlimited
CO: Unlimited
CT: 25 bottles per person every 2 months.
DC: 1 case per person per month (or unlimited if 3-tier, requiring special delivery).
FL: Unlimited to non-dry zip codes
GA: 12 cases per household per year
HI: 6 cases per address per year
ID: 24 cases per person per year
IL: 12 cases per person per year
IN: 24 cases per household per year. Orders require special delivery and may take 3-4 weeks to arrive.
IA: 2 cases per person per month
KS: 12 cases per person, per address, per year
LA: 4 cases per person per year
MA: Orders require special delivery and may take 3-4 weeks to arrive.
MI: Unlimited
MN: 2 cases per person per year
MO: 2 cases per person per month
NE: 1 case per person per month
NV: 12 cases per person per year
NH: 5 cases per person per year; no large formats
NJ: Unlimited. Orders require special delivery and may take 3-4 weeks to arrive.
NM: 2 cases per person per month
NY: 36 cases per person per year
NC: 2 cases per person per month
ND: 3 cases per person per month
OH: 24 cases per household per year
OR: 2 cases per person per month
SC: 2 cases per person, per address, per month
TN: 1 case per person per month; not to exceed 3 cases per year
TX: 9 gallons per person per calendar month and 36 gallons per person per year
VT: 12 cases per person per year
VA: 2 cases per person per month
WA: Unlimited
WV: 2 cases per person per month
WI: 12 cases per person per year
WY: 2 cases per household per year

DELIVERY

In order to guarantee proper temperature control of the wine during shipping, we ship as many orders as possible on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This shipping policy ensures the wine is delivered by Friday and is not stored in a non-temperature controlled warehouse over a weekend period. For most orders, allow 7-10 days for delivery. For wines being shipped to AZ, IN, MA, NJ and DC: Orders will arrive in three to four weeks. Please call the Crimson Wine Boutique at 800.711.0044 for more information.

Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. And in placing an order, the buyer represents to the Crimson Wine Boutique that the buyer is at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the person receiving the delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. By law, a signature is required for delivery of wine. No wines will be left on porches and/or doorsteps. Therefore, we recommend that a daytime/business address is provided for shipping of wines. This also insures the wine is not left in a non-temperature-controlled environment until you return home.

The Crimson Wine Boutique makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside of California.
